This was my first experience with Take 5. I really enjoyed how knowledgeable the two that helped me were with everything. Plus I learned something new about my vehicle. I’ve had it for 6+ years and never knew how to rest anything. It was a little more than I normally pay for an oil change, however I was in and out very quick. Those two gentlemen that helped me should for sure get raises! Highly recommend for everyone, and will be going back!
Loooooove this place and I love the crew members. I always leave with a smile on my face and they're very upfront with the prices too! Cold bottle of water while sitting in the car and it took under 15 minutes (I also got all wipers and a filter replaced). This is my third time there. I will be a returning customer and definitely recommend this place! Edit: I just wanted to give a huuuge shout-out to the employees at the Mt Rushmore Rd location, I always return because of how friendly, upbeat, and easygoing they are!
We absolutely love the Take 5 at Rushmore Rd & St. Pat! Sean and the crew always make us feel like old friends every time we pull in. Besides the customer service being second to none, their teamwork and efficiency makes them exceptionally fast while still maintaining accuracy. One other thing I really appreciate is that while they do occasionally offer add-ons, it never feels like a sales pitch. Their generous discount for first responders got us in the door the first time, but the stellar quality of our experiences has definitely kept us coming back. Keep up the great work, guys!
