We absolutely love the Take 5 at Rushmore Rd & St. Pat! Sean and the crew always make us feel like old friends every time we pull in. Besides the customer service being second to none, their teamwork and efficiency makes them exceptionally fast while still maintaining accuracy. One other thing I really appreciate is that while they do occasionally offer add-ons, it never feels like a sales pitch. Their generous discount for first responders got us in the door the first time, but the stellar quality of our experiences has definitely kept us coming back. Keep up the great work, guys!
I visited for a routine oil change and honestly wasn’t expecting a particularly memorable experience - get in, get oil, get out. In reality, the crew working that day made this the most positive and memorable oil change experience I’ve had (and I never thought I would have a “favorite oil change place”). From the very start all three employees I interacted with were kind, funny, and went above and beyond to deliver amazing service. I highly recommend this location and will be back!
Literally the best service shop in Rapid City! All of the guys there are 10/10 and I can’t say enough good things about them. They went over and beyond what I expected! They literally saved me from having blown head gaskets as my truck was overheating. They did a full coolant flush, front and rear diff fluid, oil change, new wiper blades, topped off my wiper fluid and even checked my tire pressure. I would still be stuck in there parking lot right now if it wasn’t for these 4 guys! Could not recommend them enough!
