For the past two years I have taken my cars toTake 5 for an oil change, the team have been amazing and friendly. The process was quick, they took the time to explain the condition of my filters, they checked fluids, ensure bolts are tighten/secure, and tire pressure. Excellent always easy in and out this location in rock hill is always courteous, professional and very knowledgeable, sometimes as a woman is weird going to get a oil change or mechanic shops but they are always gentlemen,respectful and polite, always shows the dip stick and asks if I have any questions about anything doesn’t try to be persistent on selling other items if I say no they tell me the benefits and then move on I love that makes me feel no pressured if that makes sense… I will continue on bring my car to this location when I’m in the sc/charlotte area
Service tech told me to keep an eye on my oil level as it was very low when I came in; I was about 10O miles overdue. He said it may be burning oil and I could stop by between oil changes to have it checked and oil added, for free, if necessary. My previous car was 15 years old and I went in at least once between oil changes for a top off so I was familiar with this policy. On my old car, I did this for a couple of years! I had no idea I may be having this problem on my current car so I’m glad he made a point to tell me.
