I’ve been going through oil change drive-through for 50 years. I must admit take five in Rock Hill South Carolina is amazing. I had to go to Hendersonville, North Carolina and had a problem and there was a take five there and I was bragging on the take five guys in Rock Hill especially the one named Dakota and lo and behold. Those guys in Hendersonville, North Carolina were amazing. Back in Rock Hill, South Carolina and I love to take five oil change. I’m 74 years old. I have many horrible experiences at all changing places but it take five every time I go I feel so good about it. Thank you for being a good quality greet me with a cold bottle of water show me that my oil is full. Check my tires fill my fluids and you told me to come back within 3000 miles anytime I want to be topped off and checked. Are you kidding me? You’re the best God bless Larry Soles Rock Hill, South Carolina, and I’d like to put a good word in for that young man Dakota he makes you look good.

I have to say, I was really impressed! The operation itself is very well run, everybody that I had any contact with was very polite and did not talk down to me because I was a woman, and that’s very important. Across the bays people were communicating with each other and confirming when something was completed, which was very good to hear. The gentleman that assisted me that kept coming to my window and explaining what was going on and stuff was very very good at what he was doing. And when I handed a $10 bill to them for a tip, somebody mentioned that it would have to be split three ways, so I said wait a minute let me give you more money and two gentlemen put up their hand like a no sign and said no no no no you do not have to do that. Which was really impressive. Definitely five stars plus

Another great oil change. It's nice being treated like a real human and taken care of. Leaving my oil change knowing they didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need and they paid attention to detail on the things I did need always makes it worth it. Repeat business is much better than one upsale. Thank you!! _____________ I use to hate getting my oil changed because I always felt intimidated when they tried to sell me extra stuff bc I never knew if I needed it. The workers at this Take5 took the time to explain the different things I needed, how often it's recommended they be done, and give me pricing so I know what to expect when I come back next time after discussing the additions with my partner. I will continue to use this location because of how comfortable they make you feel here which is very important to me when it comes to where I spend my money. Thanks for making this such an easy errand to run by myself!
