Oil Change in Mt. Pleasant, SC at 1169 SC-41.

Store number 2063 1169 no 16287 Wonderful Experience! In this world, to get way above any expectations, is so rare. The staff, was friendly and professional, I even had a coupon, that didn’t scan from my phone. The amazing thing, the staff went out of their way to help me. I do promise, anyone, who goes to this location, will be actually lucky. Reason, Honest, to a level that I have not ever had, I was even shown my engine filter, and it was not necessary to be replaced, I have had, Brand new filters and two companies both, told me I needed them replaced, so this is the first time, I met people who do a job, that I can only say, would be as if they were doing their own car! I can only hope, that whoever reads this, goes to this place, because I want you to be treated as a person, rather than a number😊💪

Jake or Jacob not sure of his name. He was very nice and I really enjoyed his customer service. The guy that did the oil change was very quick and knowledgeable. Both guys were very nice and helpful. I loved the service, but very expensive for me and for an oil change having only 36,000 miles on my vehicle is crazy. I think it was $105.00 + fees and taxes just for an oil change. $40.00 for an air filter? I will say it was very convenient. I needed an oil change quickly and I was able to get out of work at 6:30 pm and still get an oil change without any waiting time. That being said, the convenience weighed out the price. I’m not sure if they checked my tires and fluids? I forgot to ask!!!!

Great spot for any service they are able to provide. Very transparent and not upselling you like every other place nowadays. Sean the assistant manager is very knowledgeable and will provide you multiple options you can go about fixing whatever issue you have going on. JP the shop manager keeps everyone moving through there and also very knowledgeable for whatever issue you have. Would recommend to anyone whether an oil change or a checkup.
