Jake or Jacob not sure of his name. He was very nice and I really enjoyed his customer service. The guy that did the oil change was very quick and knowledgeable. Both guys were very nice and helpful. I loved the service, but very expensive for me and for an oil change having only 36,000 miles on my vehicle is crazy. I think it was $105.00 + fees and taxes just for an oil change. $40.00 for an air filter? I will say it was very convenient. I needed an oil change quickly and I was able to get out of work at 6:30 pm and still get an oil change without any waiting time. That being said, the convenience weighed out the price. I’m not sure if they checked my tires and fluids? I forgot to ask!!!!
Great spot for any service they are able to provide. Very transparent and not upselling you like every other place nowadays. Sean the assistant manager is very knowledgeable and will provide you multiple options you can go about fixing whatever issue you have going on. JP the shop manager keeps everyone moving through there and also very knowledgeable for whatever issue you have. Would recommend to anyone whether an oil change or a checkup.
I had an oil change for my 2018 Acura MDX. The guys were ready as I pulled in, knowledgeable of what I needed, the right oil, and performed my correct oil service, checked other fuel levels, tires, all that was needed. They were courteous and helpful. I paid, and drove away confident that my drive to Saint Augustine, FL the next morning would be just fine.
