I had gotten a recent service alert for my Kia Sportage. I assumed it was for an oil change since the mileage on my sticker from my last visit was close. I expected to spend over $100 (synthetic oil). When I pulled up the nice attendant said that I wasn't due yet, but he would check oil and fluids. He showed me the oil level, said it was good, but would do a top-off and also check tires and windshield fluid. When I wrnt to pay, i was advised there was no charge. The team at this location really seem to work well together, and are so pleasant. If you've been wondering about trying them, do it.
This was my first oil change experience with my new Jeep Renegade! Jacob Sr and Tyler were so very polite and helpful!! They offered me different levels of service, as well as letting me know what I should keep an Eye on in the future for other services my vehicle may need soon!! They were very knowledgeable and got me in and out FAST!!! Thanks guys, I will definitely be back and recommend you to everyone I know 😊
Prices on somethings was alittle high but overall the service was good.. the fellow didn't get an attitude when I asked to explain what one thing they done to the motor actually done for a car which I probably have been told before in the pasted but forgot and he was nice and didn't act like I was a bother which was nice.. and when the one fellow that was helping me was doing something else to my vehicle the other guys came and helped him get me on out of there which was nice...
