I have been to a handle full of Take 5’s to get an oil change and I have not experienced this level of customer service from any location. The assistant manager Carter, greeted me with his coworker and both were extremely insightful full of information, went through proper protocols of the business, diagnostics were checked out properly and if there was anything wrong, he made sure that he explained it in great detail. He let me know all the options I have what he is notice on the car and he was extremely manageable. Amazing customer service. I was taken care of at this location.

Update* i did go back and they were very nice and they helped figure out the problem. The airbox wasn't put back on correctly, but they just need to be more careful in the future. i will be coming in person Got my Chevy equinox oil change here around 4pm. I bought the car less than 6 months ago and they were saying they could flush out my coolant. I said I was fine I'm going to take it to the car dealership I bought it from if there was a problem. They said it probably wasn't covered under warranty. They upsold me to their oil as soon as I left the lot and went on the main road I felt the car acting different. It was idling differently and in traffic my engine light came on. I will be going there first thing in the morning so I hope the manager is there so we can have a chat. I dont want to email or call anyone about this. I'm not happy. From someone who use to always change their own oil in the past I'm pissed about this. Go to blacks tire service or jiffylube.

From the moment I pulled up, the team was friendly, professional, and super efficient. I really appreciated that I didn’t even have to get out of my car—they handled everything quickly while still explaining what they were doing and making sure I was comfortable with the service. Also even gave me a FREE cold bottle of water They weren’t pushy at all about upsells, which is rare, and they walked me through my options in a straightforward, honest way. The whole process was fast, but I never felt rushed, and they paid attention to the details. It’s hard to find a place you can trust with your car, but this location definitely earned my business. I’ll be coming back for sure and would recommend it to anyone looking for quick, reliable service with great customer care.
