I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change, and I especially want to recognize Carter, the manager. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable from start to finish. Carter made sure everything was done correctly and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in running a great shop. The entire team was welcoming, efficient, and respectful, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. Carter is exactly the kind of manager you want representing a business. His customer service and leadership really stood out to me. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this Take 5 location to anyone looking for honest, professional, and friendly service!
As always, a stellar experience!! My hubby was there yesterday with my car after dropping me off home but left without the key fob. He went to Take 5 for service but got stranded there without the key fob. Thanks to one of the nice young men there coming all the way back to our house for the fob, he made it home. Now that’s some way above and beyond customer service!! Thanks so much guys!
I had gotten a recent service alert for my Kia Sportage. I assumed it was for an oil change since the mileage on my sticker from my last visit was close. I expected to spend over $100 (synthetic oil). When I pulled up the nice attendant said that I wasn't due yet, but he would check oil and fluids. He showed me the oil level, said it was good, but would do a top-off and also check tires and windshield fluid. When I wrnt to pay, i was advised there was no charge. The team at this location really seem to work well together, and are so pleasant. If you've been wondering about trying them, do it.
