Great service. Samson worked with me during my oil change and he was super thorough and quick, and made sure I knew how much everything would cost and what was going on with the car. I appreciated that the workers called out when a task had been finished. I have had damage done to my car at a different shop because they did not perform each step of the process fully, so it was nice to hear each step being called out when completed. I would definitely go back for my next oil change and other services.
I was definitely in need of an oil change, and was on break. They were very friendly, professional and got me in and out fast. They were very thorough and explaining everything to me. I usually go to express oil change, but I found their prices here at take five we’re definitely better as well. The last time I went to express I needed an air filter, and unfortunately, they didn’t have one in stock or take five had what I needed in stock. I definitely recommend this place of establishment for any of your oil change needs.
My first time at a take five oil change was NOT a disappointment! It was like pulling into a NASCAR pit and having pit crew all around your car, making things happen! The staff was very professional very polite. I want to commend them by name: IZAYA, TRAVION, GERRELL, and MADDIX. They were the best pit crew I’ve ever had at an oil change facility! Even offered me a bottle of cold water! I jokingly said thanks and took it but I prefer cold beer!!
