The guys here are great. We take 2 of our cars here and have always been very pleased with the quality, attitude, and no pressure approach. When I got a new car I took it there but once under the hood they said they couldn’t change my oil because of the special tools required to access the oil reservoir. Apparently, the manufacturer did this to require owners to go back to the dealer for oil changes. But, the Take 5 manager had the crew check the other fluid levels, check tires, etc all for free and with a great attitude! There are quick oil change places everywhere but this location and company is doing it right! Well done!
Awesome experience with an oil change. Sounds crazy but the employees all were wonderful. They made the experience entertaining. They seemed happy to be there and was very perffesional and did great job. Kinda pricey to inc a air filter replacement, but it did need it. They show you the oil condition before and after and topped off fluids and tire pressure too. I highly recommend them. I normally change my own oil, but was too busy that week
Great job getting my car in quickly even when they were backed up three deep in each bay. They bring you water, and ask what type of service you are wanting while you are still waiting. Don't waste any time getting the work done once you are in the bay. All associates were professional and friendly and the manager talked to me before I pulled out, to be sure I was happy with the service.
