Oil Change in Easley, SC at 5283 Calhoun Memorial Hwy.

I had a great experience at Take 5 today with my Honda. From the moment we arrived, Jacob greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. He even offered my mother and me bottled water and gave my children Capri Suns, which was a thoughtful touch. Vincent serviced my car and was very respectful, professional, and courteous. He acknowledged my children and family, explained everything that was being done to my vehicle, and made sure I understood the service. It was nice to see everyone working together as a team while changing my oil. Jacob, Vincent, Matthew Miradel, and Alex all showed excellent manners, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. Three years ago, I wasn't planning on coming back, but I decided to give Take 5 another chance and I'm so glad I did. This team completely changed my opinion. Thank you all for making our visit such a positive experience!

Justin was absolutely phenomenal he checked to make sure every single thing was at the correct levels, working properly, and worked with me with the issues that I was running into with my car. Showed me both my filters and helped me get the (absolutely disgusting) cabin air filter replaced that looks like no shop has checked (other locations have said they’ve checked it but I think he’s the first to actually do so). Additionally, he didn’t complain or get annoyed when I explained why I have a new dipstick, as well as the bending concerns I was having with it, and then even checked my oil himself to make sure that it didn’t get broken (like my last one did on me) or any type of damage happen with it. He did more than I’ve ever had any oil change place, blew the dealer out of the water in comparison, and made sure I got everything done, every discount I'm supposed to have, and that no steps were skipped despite it being brutally hot and miserable. He definitely made it an amazing experience and more than worth the money to get my oil changed at Take5 anytime I need one!!!!

We are from out of town but needed service after reaching our destination. So we took our SUV for an oil change and the wipers needed replaced. They had us in a service bay in no time and ready to leave in less than 20 minutes. Several of their team members performed the work and they listed all the team members on the receipt. The price for the service turned out to be less than what we expected to pay for the work.over all it was a good experience.
