Everyone is great and provides great service. They never push services i dont want at the time and even tell you if they see something else wrong. They noticed my timing belt was going to snap right before an over 800 mile drive. I was able to fix it before possibly getting stranded out of state. They always send me coupons when I call and request one. I will continue to bring all my vehicles there. The check ins to check your fluids and tire pressure is absolutely free between oil changes. I always tip for free services because the service is always top notch.
Jared made the oil change and tire check easy and did everything right. He met me with a cold bottle of water and got me situated in no time. He checked everything my truck could have needed and even went extra mile to get some annoying sap off the front windshield. He sold me what I needed and didn’t push for what I didn’t. Even went out of his way to explain some temporary but unavoidable surcharges to me BEFORE getting started on the work. Great service - will be returning for anything similar.
The whole crew was fantastic. I was greeted with a bottle of water and told it would be a few minutes wait, which I understood due to the line I was in. The line moved quickly and soon my oil was changed. The staff was super friendly. I am very satisfied with my expieruence and will be back with my work vehicle as well!!!! Thanks to everyone including the supedvisor on staff who followed up with me to make sure that I was taken care of. Well done Take 5, well done.
