After the $35 coupon it was a decent deal, but I will tell you the additional charges for oil disposal and other things isn’t good. You do not need to nickel and diming people Because that will just force him to go to the dealership. Yes, it takes longer but a full synthetic oil change at Toyota is 50 bucks. I go to places like this for the convenience but if it’s gonna cost me an extra $15 in fees, for no reason unless I have a $35 coupon it’s worth going to the dealership
Everyone is great and provides great service. They never push services i dont want at the time and even tell you if they see something else wrong. They noticed my timing belt was going to snap right before an over 800 mile drive. I was able to fix it before possibly getting stranded out of state. They always send me coupons when I call and request one. I will continue to bring all my vehicles there. The check ins to check your fluids and tire pressure is absolutely free between oil changes. I always tip for free services because the service is always top notch.
Jared made the oil change and tire check easy and did everything right. He met me with a cold bottle of water and got me situated in no time. He checked everything my truck could have needed and even went extra mile to get some annoying sap off the front windshield. He sold me what I needed and didn’t push for what I didn’t. Even went out of his way to explain some temporary but unavoidable surcharges to me BEFORE getting started on the work. Great service - will be returning for anything similar.
