Owner/ manager please read. On 9/21 630pm two young gentleman helped me out in what I would consider a minor emergency situation.i change my own oil Tuesday and apparently didn’t torque my filter o ring properly and it was leaking and my wife was driving to work and the vehicle read low oil level I told her to pull over immediate and I brought her two quarts of oil to add. I work ems and was on an ambulance and was able to meet get to do this. I took her truck to this location as it was close and they said they will fix my situation up, in 10 mins I had a new oil filter o ring, and my oil level was back to a safe level and clean up the underneath of the vehicle. Thanks to the two young fellas working for doing a professional job and working efficiently. Manager/ boss those guys need a raise!
The experience was outstanding. While I didn’t catch all their names, all the staff members were friendly from the moment I pulled up. Once the service began, Brittney explained everything is a calm and smooth manner, not being pushy, which I appreciated immensely. Good music playing. All in all, a great experience. I will be returning again for sure.
"I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change, and Rahem Adams provided absolute top-notch service! He was professional, incredibly thorough, and got me in and out in no time while making sure everything was running smoothly under the hood. Excellent customer service from start to finish—highly recommend stopping by and asking for Rahem if you need your car serviced!"
