I had a great experience at Take 5! I came in for an oil change, filter change, and new wiper blades, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Assistant Manager, Rahem Adams, was especially helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured into purchasing services I didn't need. As a woman, I really appreciated that they treated me with respect, were honest about what actually needed to be done, and didn't try to take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge. It's refreshing to find a place with excellent customer service and integrity. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance and highly recommend this Take 5 location (shop 56)!
Always great service & friendly! They also alerted me to the fact that the new engine guard plate under my car only had three screws holding it on and my car dealer replaced it last year. There is no way they put the multiple amount of screws it should have had for it to stay put…so following my visit with Take 5 I went to my dealer and they took photos after they put all the screws in it. I was thankful that they let me know as I was getting ready to drive from SC to CT! Thank you Take 5 for paying attention.
My greatest experience ever at Take 5 on Folly Road on Wednesday morning. The two most pleasant professional people were Cheyenne(management) & Allen. The moment I pulled up, Cheyenne came to greet me, and she was such a delightful person. Allen explained everything and made sure my tire pressure was correct and showed me my air filter. They worked well together and got me back on the road in a timely fashion. You both Rock!!!!! Keep up the Great spirit and friendly attitudes. Made my day.
