My greatest experience ever at Take 5 on Folly Road on Wednesday morning. The two most pleasant professional people were Cheyenne(management) & Allen. The moment I pulled up, Cheyenne came to greet me, and she was such a delightful person. Allen explained everything and made sure my tire pressure was correct and showed me my air filter. They worked well together and got me back on the road in a timely fashion. You both Rock!!!!! Keep up the Great spirit and friendly attitudes. Made my day.
Always great service & friendly! They also alerted me to the fact that the new engine guard plate under my car only had three screws holding it on and my car dealer replaced it last year. There is no way they put the multiple amount of screws it should have had for it to stay put…so following my visit with Take 5 I went to my dealer and they took photos after they put all the screws in it. I was thankful that they let me know as I was getting ready to drive from SC to CT! Thank you Take 5 for paying attention.
Sent my daughter on her own to get the oil changed, so she would get the experience. Seems like the change was OK, as the oil was present on the dip stick. However ... the mess left under the hood by the technicians was very unprofessional. 4 spots where they touched engine compartment, and 4 spots where there was oil spots left. Not a huge deal, but just messy and a sign that the employees were not trained, or were not professional, or didn't care. Not what I expected for what I consider a premium price for the service that was provided.
