I was greeted immediately by Jayden with a cold bottle of water, which was nice on a hot day. And Roger started taking a look at the car and getting things set up. Aside from the fact that they said this was the first kia carnival they had so there was a learning curve, the service was great. Jayden explained everything as it was done, gave me an extra discount for replacing both the engine filter and cabin filter. He showed me the filters and told me prices upfront. Held friendly conversations with them the whole visit. Will definitely be back.
The team took me in promptly, gave me bottled water and got started on my Audi. In no time they were cleaning my windows, checking in any issues and changed my Audi's oil. I was in and out and never had to get out of the car. I also appreciated the discount for serving in the military. Job well done. THX

Through the service they were wonderfully engaging, helpful, and for the purpose of the truck and my time, it felt of value, and as a first impression what more could you ask? Strongly recommend.
