John, Roger, and we're fast friendly and professional. As a new customer John kindly informed me of how the oil change service worked at their store. Also made me aware of up coming maintenance needs for my Jeep, which I truly appreciate. Never felt pressured to buy extra or up grade anything. Roger made sure to follow up and ask how the service was before I left. These guys are great and I will be a take 5 customer from here on out!!
Stopped in for an oil change like I always do Derek and James did my oil change they where beyond professional and friendly like the staff always is, I always go to take 5 because they arnt constantly trying to upsell you! I went to leave and my car wouldn't start so James got his truck and Derek hooked up his jumper cables and got me going, that's what you call going above and beyond I super appreciate them and take 5!
I was greeted immediately by Jayden with a cold bottle of water, which was nice on a hot day. And Roger started taking a look at the car and getting things set up. Aside from the fact that they said this was the first kia carnival they had so there was a learning curve, the service was great. Jayden explained everything as it was done, gave me an extra discount for replacing both the engine filter and cabin filter. He showed me the filters and told me prices upfront. Held friendly conversations with them the whole visit. Will definitely be back.
