Review pertains to visit at Williamsport, PA (3rd Street) location. Highly recommend visiting this location. Exceptional service. I had an issue with my car registering the key fob and the staff did everything possible to resolve the issue. Even though I was sitting in one of their bays they never once told me I was impeding their business. They even contacted the manager/owner of the location to assist and ultimately they were able to resolve the issue. Outstanding staff and service. 5 plus starts.
Quick service, they double verified all steps of the process. Price was a little high but you pay for the convenience of driving in and being done in a minimum amount of time compared to other providers, particularly dealerships. I almost forgot the free bottle of water while you wait was a pretty cool addition. The tech were all personable and we had a little bit of joking around during the “sales” process. Now on my 3rd visit still a good experience, Alex one of the staff was a pleasure to work with. Hope she stays with them longer than some of the others do.
Had an absolute wonderful experience- as a first time car user they were beyond helpful and understanding, and patient. I don’t feel like they tried to charge me and were very honest with everything! They even gave me some suggestions for things to keep an eye on and took their time to explain things thoroughly when I had questions. Thanks again so much! They also have a few complementary things they do which I thought was awesome.
