I have never had this much fun getting an oil change! 😂 Alicia was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. I’ve only been in Oklahoma for a few weeks, but you would never know it from how comfortable and welcomed she made me feel. It genuinely felt like I was hanging out with an old friend who happened to also care about the health of my car. 😂 And considering the Oklahoma weather was apparently set to the depths of hell that day 🥵😂, I REALLY appreciated being offered water and continuously checked on throughout my visit. Alicia was warm, funny, genuine, and completely herself while still being professional. There was none of that overly corporate, scripted feeling where you feel like you’re just the next car in line. She made me feel like an actual person and genuinely seemed to care about both my car and my well-being. Dion was also wonderful and made the experience even better. He and Alicia work extraordinarily well together, and their energy made something as ordinary as an oil change genuinely enjoyable. I enjoyed them so much that from now on, I literally plan to come in when Alicia and Dion are working — I will WAIT for their shift. 😂 That’s how good the experience was. Bravo, Alicia & Dion! You two make an incredible team and turned a routine oil change into such a fun, welcoming experience. Take 5 has some gems with these two. 100% recommend! ❤️
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Take 5 Oil Change yesterday! I went in fully expecting to get an oil change because I thought it was time, but the young lady who helped me checked everything and let me know that I was actually early and only needed my oil topped off. I truly appreciated her honesty. They easily could have completed an unnecessary oil change, and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, she was helpful, professional, and focused on what my vehicle actually needed. That kind of honesty, customer service, and professionalism goes a long way with me. Definitely a five-star experience, and I will absolutely be returning. Thank you for taking care of your customers the right way!
Just thought I'd give them a try driving by. I'm so glad I pulled in. They were very professional very efficient took care of the oil change and windshield wiper change real quickly and filters. and I was on my way. The tech was very courteous and knew his stuff! The store manager was very in the know and sharp. They are definitely on our list for the next oil changes on all of our cars.
