⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Take 5 Oil Change yesterday! I went in fully expecting to get an oil change because I thought it was time, but the young lady who helped me checked everything and let me know that I was actually early and only needed my oil topped off. I truly appreciated her honesty. They easily could have completed an unnecessary oil change, and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, she was helpful, professional, and focused on what my vehicle actually needed. That kind of honesty, customer service, and professionalism goes a long way with me. Definitely a five-star experience, and I will absolutely be returning. Thank you for taking care of your customers the right way!
I visited Take 5 with my newer vehicle. The sensor warning was constant saying an oil change was due. The gentleman that took care of me checked my oil & showed me that it was full and clean. I didn’t need the change. I appreciate his honesty & integrity! He also did the usual checks and there was no charge at all. I will return to this place for sure!
They showed me filters that I didn't know I had. They were filthy! I've only had the car since I bought it brand new. Also they did a great oil change, check tires, washed windows!! I'm 70 plus and I haven't had this kind of service since the 1960's. Much respect for the Mgr and employees.
