I came for an oil change and had to wait more than 30 minutes (Iwas made aware of a wait time when I arrived and I didn’t mind waiting), but when they came over to do it the manager told me that my oil change was free because I waited so long! I told him that I didn’t mind paying and was aware of the wait time when I arrived. He still insisted on comping my oil change! Thank you! It was a wonderful surprise to my day. I have been a customer for a while now and will keep coming back.
These fellas are ROCK STARS in the way they take care of me when my Toyota Highlander needs oil chg. And cabin filter chg. And top of all fluids. And replace my windshield wiper blades. And check my tire inflation. And coolant replacement. Heck, it’s the best ever 5-10 minutes I have of quiet time while such good care is being given to my car to ensure it runs for many more miles. This company beats the Toyota dealership HANDS DOWN in quality service AND price! I’ll be back again.
