bonestly didnt really want to share my experience this time cause usually the service is the best but this time i was disappointed none lf the employees acted like they wanted to work it was almost like they were in a daze usually thry check all my fluids tire pressure they did check my air filter but didnt even give me a sticker for date and milage. They did give me 25$ off i just think they week day guys do a better job. Usually there great. But ill still come there
My car overheated right in front of this location, and it was the genuinely the best place to do that. If your car is planning on breaking down soon, I recommend doing it here. Josiah not only helped me and got my car back into drive able state, but made me feel welcomed and kept me entertained with stories and whatnot while we waited to see if it was good. I’m going here for oil changes now and you should to, give bro a raise
I came for an oil change and had to wait more than 30 minutes (Iwas made aware of a wait time when I arrived and I didn’t mind waiting), but when they came over to do it the manager told me that my oil change was free because I waited so long! I told him that I didn’t mind paying and was aware of the wait time when I arrived. He still insisted on comping my oil change! Thank you! It was a wonderful surprise to my day. I have been a customer for a while now and will keep coming back.
