Oil Change in Cheyenne, WY at 2628 Dell Range Blvd.

I take both my cars to Take 5 and they are great. I was skeptical at first because I wanted to be sure that they would be thorough not rushed, and I have to say that they exceeded my expectations. Multiple people attended to my vehicle. They communicated everything to me and encouraged me to ask questions. I love their top off policy because it saves me from having to constantly monitor the fluids levels in 2 different vehicles and buy stuff (like coolant) that will sit in my garage for years and make me wonder if it’s still good. I travel a lot and it’s good to know that when I’m far from home I can take my cars to any Take 5 in the country and have them check my fluids and top them off. It’s rare to be so pleasantly surprised by the excellent service offered by a company, but I was. I will be a Take 5 customer for life.

10/10. They gave me a bottle of cold water when I pulled up. Techs working on the car were communicating with each to ensure nothing was missed. They consulted with me on anything that would add to the cost: the dreaded engine air filter was brought up, but in this case, I watched them pull it from the engine and walk it right over to me. Mine was actually nasty, so I got a new one. They also mentioned some tears in my wiper blades. Didn't replace those because I'm broke. Filled my tires, and cleaned my windshield. Manager popped by before I left to make sure everything went well, but let his guys handle the work without hovering. Overall just a smooth operation. Gave me a discount for being a school district employee. And they said they'll top off my oil and tires for free for 3000 miles. Definitely recommend them if you don't have the time for your own oil change.

First time ever visiting Take 5. I didn't realize you stay in your car during the process. When you’re immediately handed an ice cold bottle of water, you can tell it’s going to be a 5-star experience. I was treated like a VIP every step of the process. The team who worked on my car to change my oil were like a NASCAR pit crew --all members working in an orchestrated manner. I was kept informed during the entire appointment and given the opportunity to make decisions based on their findings. I was preparing to take a road trip in the morning and a fuel optimizer was recommended. I usually get my oil changed at a business downtown but because I have to give up control of the car, I was never 100% sure if the cabin filter they'd show me was just an old filter they showed customers to make them buy a filter. It could be totally legit but there's no way to really know--unless you visit Take 5 where they show you everything from the dipstick and oil reading, to the cabin filter, and inflating my tires.....and two managers checking in to see if I was given top tier service. Not just yes but "heck yes!" This place sets the bar for outstanding customer service ---and they even graciously gave me a generous discount!
