10/10. They gave me a bottle of cold water when I pulled up. Techs working on the car were communicating with each to ensure nothing was missed. They consulted with me on anything that would add to the cost: the dreaded engine air filter was brought up, but in this case, I watched them pull it from the engine and walk it right over to me. Mine was actually nasty, so I got a new one. They also mentioned some tears in my wiper blades. Didn't replace those because I'm broke. Filled my tires, and cleaned my windshield. Manager popped by before I left to make sure everything went well, but let his guys handle the work without hovering. Overall just a smooth operation. Gave me a discount for being a school district employee. And they said they'll top off my oil and tires for free for 3000 miles. Definitely recommend them if you don't have the time for your own oil change.

First time ever visiting Take 5. I didn't realize you stay in your car during the process. When you’re immediately handed an ice cold bottle of water, you can tell it’s going to be a 5-star experience. I was treated like a VIP every step of the process. The team who worked on my car to change my oil were like a NASCAR pit crew --all members working in an orchestrated manner. I was kept informed during the entire appointment and given the opportunity to make decisions based on their findings. I was preparing to take a road trip in the morning and a fuel optimizer was recommended. I usually get my oil changed at a business downtown but because I have to give up control of the car, I was never 100% sure if the cabin filter they'd show me was just an old filter they showed customers to make them buy a filter. It could be totally legit but there's no way to really know--unless you visit Take 5 where they show you everything from the dipstick and oil reading, to the cabin filter, and inflating my tires.....and two managers checking in to see if I was given top tier service. Not just yes but "heck yes!" This place sets the bar for outstanding customer service ---and they even graciously gave me a generous discount!

I just got my little Saturn 3-4 days ago, recently saw my change oil on my dash , checked it was very low and dirty ; normally I would do my own oil changes for my eclipse but I decided I would actually take her to a shop and get her checked out because I just got my car and im really glad I did ; everyone was extremely nice , very helpful , explained everything to me ! My poor little car was suffering and now she's going to be alright because I got her taken care of thanks to everyone here , I recommend anyone who's questioning going just to go especially if you brought a car from someone else , it doesn't hurt to pay someone else to know your car is in good running condition and they make sure to check everything over so I think it's a great place to go.
