In a cross country road trip my check oil light and tire pressure sensor were on. Needless to say I was concerned. I arrived just as they opened that morning, and was warmly greeted by an attendant offering me water . They did an oil change & checked my tires ( filled with air where necessary) topped off my fluids and happily sent me on my way . All the guys there that morning were very polite , helpful and reassuring. I was pleasantly surprised and felt safe continuing my trek . Thanks guys !!
Hope these guys are OK with taking 5 themselves. 5 stars that is! Decided to get my oil changed real quick on my way back from Denver. I was so stoned that I was almost too scared to drive my car through the little garage thingy. Finally mustard up enough courage to do it. The boys at this location were really sweet, Even though they must think I’m a total idiot. I even got a first responder discount for being a nurse. I absolutely hate Cheyenne but love this Take 5.
I take both my cars to Take 5 and they are great. I was skeptical at first because I wanted to be sure that they would be thorough not rushed, and I have to say that they exceeded my expectations. Multiple people attended to my vehicle. They communicated everything to me and encouraged me to ask questions. I love their top off policy because it saves me from having to constantly monitor the fluids levels in 2 different vehicles and buy stuff (like coolant) that will sit in my garage for years and make me wonder if it’s still good. I travel a lot and it’s good to know that when I’m far from home I can take my cars to any Take 5 in the country and have them check my fluids and top them off. It’s rare to be so pleasantly surprised by the excellent service offered by a company, but I was. I will be a Take 5 customer for life.
