This was my first time at this location, although I’ve been a loyal customer at the Arizona locations. My experience was quick, easy, and simple from start to finish! Chris, the manager (I believe that was his name), was amazing and very attentive. What really stood out to me was the teamwork. I loved seeing how well all the guys worked together and helped each other to make everything quick and efficient. They were also very transparent throughout the entire process- no pressure, no surprises, and no hidden costs. Overall, such a great experience! I’ll definitely be returning for my next oil change and would absolutely recommend this location.
Tired them for the first time after they last place I went pinched the gasket around my oil filter and let me drive away. I will definitely be back, not only was it fast but cause your sitting in your car while they change your oil you can see that they take care of your car. Nothing was done for a quick sale and the inspection after they are done was very reassuring. The only reason I came in was cause my car is still under the manufacturer warranty and I need proof of service but now I will continue to go because I feel confident that they know what they are doing.
Ryan, the mustache boy, was amazing! The manager Chris answered when I called and was very friendly and sent me a coupon to my phone that saved me some money when I was ready to pay. The whole team was very professional and speedy. They of course offered a better oil than the basic and their great attitude did not change when I declined. They also offered to change my filters as they really needed it but I also had to pass since I was only able to afford the oil change. Still, they were very professional and not pushy at all. In fact I was glad they checked it for me and showed me it actually was very dirty and needed to be replaced. I will definitely be back to this location even though it’s not that close to me
