The service here was excellent! As someone who works in customer service myself, I really appreciate when a business goes above and beyond, and they definitely did. They took the time to explain what my car needed instead of just trying to sell me services, which I really appreciated. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. A special shoutout to Emma! She was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. It's refreshing to see a woman thriving in a field that's often male-dominated—she was knowledgeable, confident, and awesome at what she does. I will definitely be coming back to this location. 10/10 experience!
They were accommodating, nice, and efficient. I pulled in overwhelmed right before close (pouring down rain and kids in tow) and I honestly had no idea what I really needed/wanted other than “oil change”. It was my first time since becoming “solo” and they expressed sympathy for the situation and communicated options (as well as why whatever they were recommending was being done as so). I was somewhat hesitant and flighty (was texting for advice and the other party wasn’t as prompt and quick as the technicians lol)… but even so I wound up changing my mind and opted to include a suggested service (after having declined) and they quickly redirected and replaced the part. They showed everything as they did it (I still had no clue what they were showing but they tried ha). That said when finishing up they gave instructions clearly on a few things as well as maintenance suggestions and then we were on our way! It’s suggesting a picture and idk how one shows an oil change so I’ll attach a text of me waiting via text 😅… I will definitely be returning and using them in the future!
Chris the shop manager took a look at my car when I suspected an oil leak, I had multiple leaks going on and knew I needed my brakes serviced as well. Chris gave me the phone number to one of his employees that does brakes on the side for a reasonable price. He was extremely helpful in letting me know what’s going on and getting me the right info on how to go about my car troubles. Huge shout out to the team as well! I pulled up, they were super friendly and gave me a water. I learned of take 5 oil change because of my husband who also had a 10/10 experience getting his oils changed with them! Thank you Take 5 team!
