Great customer service from start to finish! Ryan greeted me as soon as I arrived and made me feel very welcome. Emma, the manager, was also incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. While I waited, they offered complimentary water and snacks, and everyone took the time to have genuine conversations with me, which made the experience feel personal and comfortable. As a first-time customer, I was really impressed. I’ve definitely found a place I’ll be coming back to for future oil changes. Highly recommend! Thank you Ryan and Emma for a great experience!
This place is amazing! Normally, I have family work on my car but I was in a pinch today. I drove by, saw they were open early and could just pull up. I didn't have to leave my car and Emma was so kind from the start! She gave me fruit snacks and offered water. Haha! I don't know anything about servicing my car outside of my family and she, Andrew and Chris walked me through the whole process. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable and quick. Their closed loop communication is unmatched. They also checked my coolant, wiper fluid, put air in my tires and even cleaned my windows! I appreciate their friendly attitudes and quality service.
Emma, and both Gabe were very helpful with our tundra oil change. Walmart couldn’t take off the oil filter and I was worried going somewhere else that would charge a lot or couldn’t take off the filter. Thankfully this team did that & eased my stress. Take 5 is cheaper after shopping around and they also take military discount! They thanked us for our service and educated us what they offer for free on top of our oil service. Thank you Emma and both Gabe’s for great customer service keep up the great work we will definitely be coming back.
