Fast, friendly service, as always. Take 5 is the only place I'll get my oil changed because of their service and they talk to me like my brother would. When i pulled up there were three cars in front of me. I think i waited 5 minutes before being moved into a bay. The shift manager introduced himself and checked on my satisfaction. Kind staff, excellent at taking no for an answer on an upsell. I get high-mileage oil, which is expensive especially in this economy. You might be able to find a cheaper oil change, but to me it's worth the service, water bottle, staying in my own car, full tires, full washing fluid, a free gasket replacement (I think), and a clean windshield. The technicians make sure I understand what's going on with my car, I feel confident and empowered about my vehicle when leaving. I truly appreciate the value of Take 5's services.
My vehicle seriously needed TLC and every crew member at Take 5 Oil Change provided exceptional care! From the moment I pulled in I was greeted, given a cold bottle of water for myself and my passenger. Excellent customer service where you are given options and the choice to choose the services you want. The experience was super fun and a blast! I enjoyed observing everyone getting involved and giving their full attention, respect and care. I felt like I was at NASCAR receiving professional treatment! Absolutely awesome! I highly recommend.
