I had been needing an oil change for quite a while, but they are always expensive and inconvenient to schedule. When Take 5 Oil Change opened a shop near me, I resolved to go there. I was greeted by a very pleasant young man, Anthony, right when I pulled into line. He offered me a bottle of cold water, which I appreciated. He explained how it works - you don't even get out of your car! He was able to answer all of my questions and the oil and filter change, including topping off all my fluids, was done in less than 10 minutes. They also will do a free fluid topping off if I come back before my next oil change is due. This was an unexpectedly great experience, and I intend to be a lifelong customer.
Super friendly staff with an incredible sense of detail and an amazing level of quality service! Each employee displayed a great sense of passion for their positions and were very well-versed and in tuned with each other as a complete team! Everyone worked in perfect harmony to get the job done fast and efficiently! There was no pressure to purchase unnecessary products and each employee was incredibly friendly, courteous and knowledgeable! Take 5 is THE ONLY place I will take my vehicles to be serviced!!! Thanks for everything guys!!!
