My fiancé and I came to Take 5 for an oil change, and although the price was a little expensive and we were somewhat frustrated with the wait, Brendan completely changed the experience for us. He was such a nice, respectful, and helpful young man. He was patient, professional, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the process. Honestly, his customer service made the price and wait feel worthwhile. Brendan deserves recognition for the way he represents Take 5\. I had such a great experience at Take 5! I came in for an oil change and a few other services, and Theon and Angelo were absolutely wonderful. I feel like genuine service and hospitality can sometimes be a lost art these days, especially in this area, but that was definitely NOT the case here. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The service was quick and efficient, and I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer. Theon and Angelo really went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!
Only place I trust. The men are very helpful and knowledgeable. Wish the company invested more in their hardworking people though. I went and grabbed them gatorades because it was 94 degrees and there’s only 1-2 super small Fans all the way in the top corners while they’re busting their butts trying to be as fast and efficient as possible yet they only get 3 bays so the line will literally always be full and they got no air conditioning.
