The first thing that shocked me is when the employee came out to offer me and others a water. When we waited. The second thing was the very professional and politeness of the employees. Yes, it took a little while and line, but hey, what do you expect without having an appointment for something? They took care of me within an hour. And that's about what I expected. There were three people in line in front of me. So I had to be patient, and wait My turn. I would go back if I had to. But preferably, after oil prices come down, some.
Take 5 provided an outstanding experience from start to finish! The staff was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. They took the time to explain the service, answered my questions, and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Excellent customer service, quality work, and a smooth experience overall. I would absolutely recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and trustworthy automotive service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
My fiancé and I came to Take 5 for an oil change, and although the price was a little expensive and we were somewhat frustrated with the wait, Brendan completely changed the experience for us. He was such a nice, respectful, and helpful young man. He was patient, professional, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the process. Honestly, his customer service made the price and wait feel worthwhile. Brendan deserves recognition for the way he represents Take 5\. It’s not every day you come across someone who is genuinely pleasant and takes pride in helping customers. Thank you, Brendan, for making our experience a positive one\! Keep up the great work. 🌻
