Oil Change in Murray, UT at 696 W 5300 South

I had my oil changed here for the first time and it was honestly quite the experience in a good way. Brandon and his team at Take 5 Oil Change #1310 were freaking amazing. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I pulled in. They even offered me bottled water and fruit snacks right away lol. You stay in your car during the oil change, which was totally different for me and something I’d never experienced before. I’m still not sure how I feel about that part yet, but the team made it comfortable by being extremely communicative the whole time. They explained everything, probably more information than I even needed lol, but I genuinely appreciated the attentiveness and professionalism. There was a small incident where the engine cover got a minor crack because someone accidentally stepped on it. What really stood out to me was how honest they were about it immediately. They offered to pay for it without hesitation, which says a lot about their integrity. After looking at it, and knowing my brother has plenty of Volkswagen parts and experience, I decided it was fine and not worth worrying about. Overall, great customer service, honest people, and a very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend them.

We just had the BEST experience getting our oil changed at this location! David and the entire crew were incredibly personable, friendly, and made the whole experience such a positive one. Everyone was genuinely happy to help, and the environment was amazing from start to finish. Honestly, we’ve never left an oil change feeling this happy to spend $100 😂 10/10 recommend this spot — we definitely won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Huge thanks to the team for making our day!

I really enjoyed coming here. I got handed a water and a fruit snack as soon as I showed up, was able to stay in my car the entire time, and I felt taken care of. Axel was the one who was leading everything for my service and she was great. I asked a lot of questions and she answered them all in a way that I could easily understand it. I think it was Spencer who also helped. They also did a free air pressure check, as well as my emissions and registration. I was there 10 minutes tops, but it felt really quick. I also appreciated that Axel wasn’t pushy to purchase anything else, even if my car will eventually need it (and I could source it myself for cheaper).

Honestly one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. You just pull right into the bay and stay in your car the whole time—super easy. They weren’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. They actually noticed my skid plate was hanging (missing bolts) and took it off for me so it wouldn’t drag—huge bonus. It was the fastest oil change I’ve ever had, they topped off all my fluids, and everyone was really kind and efficient. I also love that you can tip them—they definitely deserve it. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Take 5 is awesome!!! I never thought I’d write a review of an oil change place but I literally recommend this place to all of my friends. Their top off policy is AWESOME and so helpful, they hand out fruit snacks and their staff is always so insanely friendly. Not all oil change places are created equal, and this one is stellar. I went there recently and they didn’t charge me a cent for topping off my washer fluid and tires!
