The store manager was very knowledgeable. She shared information with me that previous technicians did not explain, e.g., their 0-20 oil is full synthetic, I can return in three months for a checkup and a top off of the oil, for free, if it's needed, and the sticker date is for 3k miles vice 5k-6k miles. Plus, she showed me the engine air filter after she checked it. She provided the best service I have ever received from this company. She should be promoted to your customer service training manager, and give her a pay raise. (And, tell the men technicians who don't want to work for a woman to get over it!) Thank you. A.staff member stood out to me 2/10/26 he was very enthusiastic on the job with his other staff members, curtious with his customers. Joking if have to, to put smile on faces .
