I had a great experience when I stopped in today for an oil change and overall check. The staff were patient with me, showed me all the dirty filters so I could make the choice to swap them out or not, and gave 5 star service. EV even went to get a little scanning device to check what codes my "check engine" lights were signaling. The entire group was extremely attentive and respectful. Every time they needed to enter my vehicle they asked for permission.
I don’t usually go to Take 5 in Victoria to get my oil changed, but happened to be in the area. I was in line with one vehicle in front of me, and was still in and out in approximately 15 minutes with a cold water in my hand. Great job Take 5!!!!
I would love to give a shout out to these two hard working man Mr Ryan K. and Mr David J. Thank you sir. And yes I will definitely recommend this place to my friend. You guys rock. See you next time when it's time to change oil again. God bless and stay safe. Carols is the best!! Thank you all
