I’ve gone to take 5 for many years and at many different locations. This has by far been the best location I’ve ever gone to! We bring our two vehicles here routinely for oil changes and general maintenance. Every time we’ve come we have had great experiences! They do not pressure you to get things that you don’t need and are knowledgeable on what they recommend and why they are recommending it. I haul horses regularly with my truck and keeping it well maintained is a high priority for me. I can drive with confidence knowing it’s been well maintained by the professionals here!
I had a great experience at Take 5 yesterday. Antoine was incredibly helpful and took the time to listen when I explained that this was my first time bringing my car there. One thing that really stood out was how reassuring he was when I mentioned wanting to make sure my mom would be treated honestly and fairly when she brings the car in. He let me know he would add notes to my file with the vehicle information, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The service was quick, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. We’ll definitely be coming back!
I get an oil change every month due to my drive time for work. Use to go to a different location till this shop opened up. Most peeps take awhile to learn how to input the fleet info and these cats got it right off the bat. I pull in and they waste no time getting me out of there. All the staff are friendly and don't drag their feet. Means a lot since I get the oil changes done on my days off. 10 / 10 fully recommended 👌 Cheers
