Excellent service and amazing staff! I took my Toyota in for an oil change, and while some shops might have overlooked an issue, the team at Take 5 went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Chris the mechanic, and the manager took the time to explain the issue with my connection and went out of their way to replace the part. They even drove out to get the part themselves so they could get me safely back on the road. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service and dedication from the entire staff. I would definitely recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and excellent service!
This place is great. Fast service. Up front about costs. But more importantly they are upfront with what you need and when, instead of just trying to force you to buy upgrades or this or that. They would say ‘oh no you can wait until next time to do this. ‘ Or ‘wait another 20,000 miles. No problem. ‘ I really like that when dealing with car things. Definitely makes me want to go back to them. Would recommend.
Even though the line for service was long, the associates kept us informed of their progress. The actual service was amazingly fast but thorough. I'm very grateful for your military discount which motivated me to patronize your business. I plan on returning unless the Lord Jesus returns first.
