From the moment I arrived I was immediately greeted with a bottle of water. Every employee I interacted with was very polite. Each one asked if I needed more water. I waited about 10 minutes before the work started as two other cars were being finished up. 15 minutes later, the oil change was done and all fluids were topped off. The employee was great at explaining the different options and recommendations. I was not pressured into something unnecessary. I will definitely return.
K G,Carlos, Assistant Manager and Jayden, Lead Technician did a great job during the oil change of my car. Checked and refilled power steering fluid, windshield washer fluid and air in all 4 tires. Checked air filter, brake fluid and windshield wipers too. Even cleaned the windows. Great service from these two! I highly recommend this Take 5 Oil Change center located at Bitters and 281.

Mateo was very helpful and knowledgeable of the questions I had and Teddy was prompt with service and answered even more questions I had. Both Mateo and Teddy were awesome and I'm absolutely pleased with the customer service and servicing of my vehicle. This is the best location I've been to and I will be back.
