Took longer time than usual for a couple reasons. 1. Only two people working. 2. A previous customer was giving the young people a hard time. No manager those to deescalate the situation. They did their best to maintain a positive attitude in what was obviously a tense situation. 3. The core issue seemed revolve around the preprinted check list of completed work. She felt the work was a automated pencil whipped document. No way to validate that the work was actually done. I believe that a lot of the documented items were in fact not accomplished.
I love this location! I've been going there for years, over half a decade now. And no matter which employee I end up interacting with they are always so knowledgeable, helpful and respectful! I highly recommend this location or any take 5 for all your oil changes.
Ian was very professional and listened to my car needs and put me at ease with the coolant that looked to be a problem. He took his time and fixed it by doing it again till his meter showed 3 up 3 down! That was GREAT CUSTOMER service! My car and I thank you!!
