Took longer time than usual for a couple reasons. 1. Only two people working. 2. A previous customer was giving the young people a hard time. No manager those to deescalate the situation. They did their best to maintain a positive attitude in what was obviously a tense situation. 3. The core issue seemed revolve around the preprinted check list of completed work. She felt the work was a automated pencil whipped document. No way to validate that the work was actually done. I believe that a lot of the documented items were in fact not accomplished.
Ian was very professional and listened to my car needs and put me at ease with the coolant that looked to be a problem. He took his time and fixed it by doing it again till his meter showed 3 up 3 down! That was GREAT CUSTOMER service! My car and I thank you!!
The staff was great, courteous,,kind and thoughtful. I forgot that I needed new wipers and was planning to do it myself. They noticed and took care of it. One less thing to take off my checklist. Plus took care of my tire pressure. Wow, definitely A+ service.
