Oil Change in San Antonio, TX at 2800 Hillcrest Drive.

Great service! I have a lot of respect for the staff here, especially Oscar and Payden. They consistently go out of their way to take care of their customers! I recently had an experience with a dealership that tried to blame Take 5 for what was actually the dealership's own screw-up. After hearing what the dealership had to say about the Take 5 service crew, I didn't hesitate to speak up and strongly defend them. I've been a loyal customer of the Take 5 location at Babcock and Hillcrest, and my experiences have always been positive. The team is professional, honest, and genuinely cares about their customers. I wasn't about to let another business unfairly place blame on a crew that has consistently earned my trust and respect. Keep up the great work, Oscar, Payden, and the entire team! You've definitely earned my loyalty!

First time visiting this Take 5 location, and by far, it was the friendliest, quickest, and best experience I’ve had! I didn’t get the manager’s name, but he and Oscar were phenomenal. Their teamwork and customer service were outstanding! I will definitely go out of my way to come back to this location every time. Great job, guys! You both deserve recognition!

Incredibly professional, informative, & helpful! I did not have to wait a minute longer than necessary. I was told of things that needed immediate attention & things that I needed to get done soon, informed of the priority of importance to my vehicles health, then offered options to solve these issues in-store. We were able to curate a 'package' to fit my needs! I ended up getting an full service oil change w a engine filter change, along with the mentioned recommendations on my receipt. Jerome & Payden did fantastic work, we will be coming back to this location again!
