Fernando at Take 5 Oil Change was amazing! He took the time to bring my kiddos juice and a snack, all while explaining everything that I needed to have done. Jaxon was really fast and they even changed out all my air filters. Matthew was very kind as well, Layne searched until they found three right filter, everyone was great! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else! They really are the nicest and the best!
I went to get an oil change in the morning but something led to another about my car, I wasn’t angry but relief with how confident and reassuring the staff was. Fernando was able to help me by fixing my car to make sure I go back home safely 2 hours away. He really went out of his way to do something great for me and it just shows what a great employee Take 5 has here. I definitely recommend coming here!
Grate. (Not any more) Im adding to this now because I went to get a oil change and was told that who ever did my last oil change stripped the drain plug. The time before I had it done I was under the car and had nothing wrong with it. I am very disappointed and would like take five to be held responsible for the damage they did to my car. I will not be going back there. They have also tries to tell me how my car can only hold x amount of oil and they told me to come back to have it topped off.
