I had such a great experience at Take 5! Kelvin and Amber were the techs who helped me, and they were absolutely delightful from start to finish. As soon as I pulled up, they greeted me with a bottle of water, took my information quickly, and made the whole process feel easy and welcoming. The service was fast, friendly, and honestly fun. Kelvin and Amber were both professional, funny, and kind, which made a routine oil change feel way less like a chore. They really kept things running smoothly, no friction at all. I appreciated the veteran/retired discount. It was a bit pricey, but the service was excellent and I had asked them to replace my windshield wipers and it’s always a hassle for me to do that myself, so it was worth it. I didn’t feel like they were pushy or insisting that I have something done . I have used their services once before and they were pleasant then, but the service seemed better this time.

I pulled in 10 minutes before closing on a Tuesday night with all kinds of lights on my dash. And while they were about ready to close up, he did not hesitate to do everything he could to service my car. I stopped going to my local take 5 years ago because the service was terrible, but i will definitely be back to this location after having such a good experience. Kami Jacobs,The guys were great! Only my second time there and it was great compared to the first time. The first time my tires weren’t checked & the girl wasn’t very friendly. Kelvin even showed me the oil dip stick showing that it was full. Devante reset my oil life indicator. This was the best service I’ve ever received getting my oil changed. Highly recommend Devante, Kelvin, Roderick, & Aaron.

I even saw two get underneath a truck to make sure that his loose heat shield didn’t come off (not their job!)! They offer discounts to veterans and I get good coupons for my services.
