The staff was very friendly and polite. I really liked that they took the time to explain to me the billing and did it BEFORE I agreed to the oil change. I have been to similar places that did not discuss price until afterward, did not give me choices in which oil change I wanted, and did not go over the charges with me. With this place, I knew exactly what each charge was for & why which I really appreciated. They were speedy as well. I felt well taken care of, and I didn’t feel like I was treated differently because I am a woman. Me and my daughter were offered cold waters which was awesome. There’s also coupons on their website so I got $30 off!! I will return here for all of these reasons.
I have recently moved to Nacogdoches from Tyler. It was time for an oil change. I had been a client of Valvoline in Tyler for over 30 years. No Valvoline in Nacogdoches. Pulled in. Advised Chris of new to Nacogdoches.. would he PRICE MATCH the other company. Recently Retired and 72 years old. He visited with Amber, Manager, and was able to give me a better quality of oil, at a discounted rate! Very pleased with service!!
I have to say, living in Washington DC for so long I've become a bit jadded with customer service. I just moved to Nacogdoches and needed an oil change and so I went to Take 5 and I was totally shocked by the excellent customer service I recived from Chris and Amber!! That experience made me happy I moved to Nac. Chris greeted me with a cold bottle of water and a friendly and very professional attitude. If all your technicians are like this, I won't go any other place. Thank you very much! See you soon. 😊
