I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change at McKinney centre. The service was professional, respectful, and very trustworthy. I really appreciate that everything was done right in front of me, including the oil change and air filter replacement, so I could clearly see the work being performed. The staff explained what needed attention without any pressure and completed the service in about 10 minutes. They were courteous, efficient, and focused on customer satisfaction. The online coupons also helped save money, which was a great bonus.I love this business and the professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommended!

Kevin and Marc is awesome. My van has an oil leak this morning and scare the crap out of me when I saw the puddle built up. I took the van to their store and they check for me righr away. They found the previous oil change person didn't tighten my oil filter. They replaced for me right away with a new one and refilled the missing oil. Thanks so much. If yiy want someone work fast and efficient w excellent customer service, give them a try.

Nice experience from a first time customer. New store in Prosper. The location is convenient for me. Professional and efficient. Gladly answered my couple of questions. Only concerns I would say are pricing. It’s becomes extremely expensive to get an oil change. Understandable I suppose. Also there was a bit upselling of extra items and services which isn’t new for an oil change business. Still, an overall good experience.

Stopped by Take 5 for an oil change and ended up getting my cabin filter and engine air filter replaced too. Super quick, easy process and the crew was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. They explained everything clearly, prices were fair, and I was in and out way faster than expected. Definitely my go-to spot now for oil changes and maintenance!

I recently stopped by Take 5 for an oil change and had a really great experience. Big Mike and Ty were both excellent associates. Big Mike was especially informative and took the time to explain what my vehicle actually needed at the moment without trying to push unnecessary services. Both of them were professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s always nice to deal with people who genuinely care about helping customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change. Great service all around!
