⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and every one of them goes to the staff. This team is amazing. Very helpful, very friendly, and on top of everything from the moment I pulled in to the moment I drove off. The crew greeted me right away, walked me through the oil change step by step, checked my fluids and filters, and answered every question without any pressure to buy something I didn't need. What stands out most is the people. Every person on that crew was upbeat, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job right. You can tell they enjoy working together and take pride in taking care of customers. That kind of staff is rare, and it's the reason I'll keep coming back. Fast, professional, honest service. This is how customer service should be done. If you need an oil change, this is the place to go. I'm recommending them to friends and family.

David and Mitch (the manager) serviced my car. They were kind, friendly and efficient. David took time to educate me on everything they were doing. He educated me on all my options with oils selection and filters, fluids and coolants. They did not pressure me for an upsale. And I just got a full synthetic oil change and that was all. They offered to air up my tires and made sure I was good to go. They did an excellent job! I will be back!

I had a great experience today at Take 5 Oil Change at Highway 380 & Coit, next to McDonald’s, and I honestly can’t recommend this team enough! Mitch, the manager, along with David and Zach, were all fantastic. They were friendly, personable, courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. What really stood out to me was that I never once felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. They actually took the time to show me what needed attention and what DIDN’T. David showed me my air filter and explained that it was still in great condition, so there was absolutely no reason to replace it. He didn’t try to sell me one just because he could, and I really appreciated that. Zach also took the time to explain that, based on what they were seeing, I may want to consider changing my oil more frequently because it appeared that the engine had gotten very low and may have burned some oil. That made complete sense to me because I know we were way overdue for an oil change. I appreciated that he explained what he was seeing rather than just trying to sell me something. They were also quick, efficient, and reasonably priced, and I was able to use a coupon, which made the experience even better. Honestly, this is what customer service should look like. They earned my trust and, more importantly, they earned my repeat business for all of our vehicles.
