I had a great experience today at Take 5 Oil Change at Highway 380 & Coit, next to McDonald’s, and I honestly can’t recommend this team enough! Mitch, the manager, along with David and Zach, were all fantastic. They were friendly, personable, courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. What really stood out to me was that I never once felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. They actually took the time to show me what needed attention and what DIDN’T. David showed me my air filter and explained that it was still in great condition, so there was absolutely no reason to replace it. He didn’t try to sell me one just because he could, and I really appreciated that. Zach also took the time to explain that, based on what they were seeing, I may want to consider changing my oil more frequently because it appeared that the engine had gotten very low and may have burned some oil. That made complete sense to me because I know we were way overdue for an oil change. I appreciated that he explained what he was seeing rather than just trying to sell me something. They were also quick, efficient, and reasonably priced, and I was able to use a coupon, which made the experience even better. Honestly, this is what customer service should look like. They earned my trust and, more importantly, they earned my repeat business for all of our vehicles. If you’re looking for somewhere to get your oil changed where you’ll be treated honestly, respectfully, and like an actual person instead of a sale, go check out Take 5 on 380 & Coit. Ask for Mitch, David, or Zach, they’re fantastic! I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend them!

They must've built this store with unicorn bones in the brick and Fairy dust for the mortar, because our experience was magical. Prompt service, friendly staff, and the oil change itself quick and expertly handled. Manager came over and personally introduced himself, he was personable and also fun and friendly with my kids. (whom were acting silly and loud, but it didn't seem to bug them at all) We got a good oil change, new filters, a fast inspection, and also a good conversation as well as a free car wash at the spot next door. I'll definitely be getting my oil changes from here moving forward, and y'all should too. A++🤙🏻

This location is so quick and convenient! I have never been to a place with better time management and if I am in a rush I know I can still count on these guys to help me out. I just came in with a new car and they have been nothing but helpful trying to let me know things in a timely and friendly manner not looking for money, but to help me personally as helpful people. Have never met more helpful people. So thankful to have come to this place!!
