I love this place they are always respectful and fast, they don't try to pressure you into anything you say no to. This has been my third time going but only second oil change they made sure to let me know when my oil was still good and recommend I wait as to get the full use out of what I paid for. I was concerned when first going from a few of the reviews on here but they exceed all expectations. They truly explain everything they are doing why they do it and how best to properly upkeep your car.
The guys at the Longview location are absolutely amazing. Greet it with a bottled water explaining everything in detail details all working together as a team. It was amazing even though I don’t live in Longview I work in Longview sometimes I would pick that location every time.
This was my first time visiting a Take 5 and I was very impressed with the customer service! My oil light indicated I need an oil change; however, when they checked it my oil was still good. I appreciate the fact that they honest with me and didn’t take advantage of a female customer.
