I went to Take 5 on the Loop for an oil change, and I just have to give a shout-out to the mechanic who helped me! He was so kind, friendly, and informative. After checking my oil, he explained that I didn’t need an oil change yet because the oil I use is good for 7,000 miles. He took the time to show me the condition of my oil and explain that I simply needed to reset the oil life indicator in my car and come back when I reach the appropriate mileage. Instead of taking my money when he could have easily done so, he chose to be honest and save me money. THAT is what honest business looks like! 🙌🏼 It’s not just about providing a service; it’s about treating people with integrity, kindness, and genuine care. To me, that’s a beautiful example of Godly love in action. ❤️ We need more businesses and people who lead with honesty and put others before profit. Thank you, Take 5, for showing me that good people with good hearts are still out there! You earned my respect and my recommendation! God bless you all! 🙏🏼❤️
I stopped by Take 5 to get an oil change for my vehicle. I'm grateful for receiving fast and friendly service from Daniel and Peyton. They informed me on when to check and change my filters and a few other services. I experience outstanding customer service from them both. They went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I would definitely recommend to anyone to stop through Take 5 oil change located in Longview, Tx on the loop next to chick fila and chase bank.
These guys do a great job and are honest if something doesn't need changing too soon. They are very consistent about the way they operate and always hand you a bottle of cold water. The fact you can stay in your vehicle and essentially drive through the facility from start to finish makes it very convenient, especially with their late hours they operate too.
