Nathaniel and Juan did a great job today. Their professionalism is top notch. They were both very informative on all the things I had done. They did not just do the work but explained what they were doing in detail. Great customer service!!!
ALL the technicians were nice fast and courteous. But I received an oil change that I didn't need. Thanks to the technician that explained the topoff after the oil change. I forgot about the time frame for changing my vehicle. I went at 3000 miles and over 3 months like I did with my older vehicles. I thought I had ruined my car. But I look at it as a learning lesson and now I know a little more about oil changes.
They were super nice and W customer service by Dawson! Super quick and friendly, also very knowledgeable about what they were doing, communicated everything they were doing to my car
