ALL the technicians were nice fast and courteous. But I received an oil change that I didn't need. Thanks to the technician that explained the topoff after the oil change. I forgot about the time frame for changing my vehicle. I went at 3000 miles and over 3 months like I did with my older vehicles. I thought I had ruined my car. But I look at it as a learning lesson and now I know a little more about oil changes.
Amazing friendly staff (forgot his name) greeted me with cold bottle of water upon arrival to get my jeep inspected… This took only minutes to be completed and off I went and this time included the other vehicles ahead of me (multitasking at its best) - All the staff is very professional and very eager to serve you in a very timely manner !!! This is the second year I’ve used them and will continue to be a repeat customer…
I have to say this was the absolute BEST experience I have had with ANY maintenance on my vehicle. Juan was the BEST. I have never been given so much information nor have I got to actually watch and learn what is done while getting an oil change.This is my future "Go to" going forward. Customer service and wait time was amazing. Thank you Juan.
