Oh man! 10/10 shoutout to Fernando, Hector, and Emanuel! Let me start off by saying this was my 2nd day trying to get my oil changed. ALL of the other competitors were having a hard time completing the task of a simple oil change. I drove up, literally waited a few seconds, they had me in a spot within a minute of being there. They didn’t have my oil filter in stock, which is fine, that’s pretty normal. I went to go purchase one and then came back, and once again, greeted within seconds of arriving, all while they are already working on other cars. I drive in, wait about 20ish minutes, then I’m cashed out and out the door. Very friendly staff, almost seemed like friends rather than just co workers. Working together, communicating with one another. Explaining things to the customer. Definitely recommend!!
Liza Beans,The workers was great, Two young guys I only remember the name, Greco Because he showed me a long tube with some fluid in it and a bunch of little balls of different colors in it. He told me that I need a coolant flush because my antifreeze is partially water and not that much for the summer since I’m going to be running my air condition. I had already paid for oil change that was 100 and some dollars and then he come alone with another charge saying that I really needed this So I didn’t want my car to run hot on me, So of course, I’ll let them do it. When the guy finish that has the muscular looking with the dreads and no, he’s not a black dread guy, he looks like he’s mixed. So I asked him to show me the same test again since they told me that my car was gonna mess up the balls were still in the same place. I just felt like I got ripped off a topped into them, making some more money off of me and I don’t think that’s fair at all.
