What impressed me most was how honest and transparent they were. They didn’t just tell me that something needed attention — they actually showed me the parts, explained what I was looking at, and showed me what a new or properly functioning part should look like so I could understand the difference. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I felt informed and respected. I’m older and have difficulty bending over, and they went out of their way to check my tires for me and make sure everything looked safe. That may seem like a small thing to some people, but to me it meant a lot. They treated me with patience, kindness, and genuine concern. ALL of the other competitors were having a hard time completing the task of a simple oil change. I drove up, literally waited a few seconds, they had me in a spot within a minute of being there. They didn’t have my oil filter in stock, which is fine, that’s pretty normal. I went to go purchase one and then came back, and once again, greeted within seconds of arriving, all while they are already working on other cars. I drive in, wait about 20ish minutes, then I’m cashed out and out the door. Very friendly staff, almost seemed like friends rather than just co workers. Working together, communicating with one another. Explaining things to the customer. Definitely recommend!!
