⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about the two employees who helped me at Take 5 Oil Change on Fry Road! They were absolutely wonderful — kind, professional, fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about making sure my vehicle was safe and in the best condition possible before I left. What impressed me most was how honest and transparent they were. They didn’t just tell me that something needed attention — they actually showed me the parts, explained what I was looking at, and showed me what a new or properly functioning part should look like so I could understand the difference. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I felt informed and respected. I’m older and have difficulty bending over, and they went out of their way to check my tires for me and make sure everything looked safe. That may seem like a small thing to some people, but to me it meant a lot. They treated me with patience, kindness, and genuine concern. I drove away feeling completely confident in my vehicle and very grateful for the service I received. Customer service like this is becoming harder to find, and these two employees deserve to be recognized for the way they take care of their customers. I have officially saved this Take 5 on Fry Road as my primary place to go from now on. They have earned my trust and my business. I went in for State Inspection sticker. I was given a cold bottle of water before I drove into the bay. I have a 2023 so they only had to plug it up for diagnostics. I was in and out in 5 minutes! My only "issue" was that they gave me the wrong receipt for my credit card. But only name and email are on it, so no breach of data.
