I always receive incredible service by the whole team. Especially Trey! The other day I went in for an oil change and told him was going through a rough patch due to a recent death in the family and he asked the last name to give prayers for the family. That truly touched me. That is why I always go for all my oil change needs. They truly go above and beyond for you! They also do state inspections for anyone looking for an affordable place to get them done. 10 out of to recommend this location!

This place definitely earned my loyalty. I kept trying to find time to get an oil change but my week was hectic and I couldn’t find time. It was a Sunday, I have my kids with me and I was dealing with losing someone close to me. It seemed like the day couldn’t get worse, and then I pass by Take 5 and decide to give this place a try. I was greeted, offered drinks for me and my kids, and informed of their services. I wasn’t in the best mood but the staff kept their professionalism. While I’m getting my oil change, my 5 year old vomited in my back seat. The staff was so quick to give me a bag and towels and showed genuine care for my daughter. On top of the genuine caring and professional customer service, the service was fast, and on point. I wasn’t upsold on anything and I was on my way in a flash. I want to thank the staff and want them to know they have earned a loyal customer.

I've hit 2 locations now and I get right in with friendly service. I appreciate being offered cold water but on the flip side I did have to ask for the coupon, It wasn't just offered. It never showed up but I was given it anyway, lovely. 3 beautiful people helped me, each one smiling. Maybe it's me just coming in with a positive vibe or maybe it's the cool catz you hire. Either way, its working.. I kinda guess you might be gifted with being able to hire good management to get the working class people to be so happy just doing what they do. It would take a really bad experience to leave them now. Im sold! BTW I'm working class too, haha, so no hate required.

This was my first time using Take 5, my experience was great and this is where I will be coming for oil changes. Thomas, the Assistant Manager, was incredibly helpful he pointed out a oil leak my car had. Took photos, so I could show my mechanic. He didn't try to "upsell" wipers or services. Did take the time to clean the air filter in my glove compartment, when I told him my air conditioner doesn't work he told me about a mechanic up the road who he trusted. The oil change was fast, and they offer a service where they top of your oil if you're running low before the next oil change which I think is great. I would recommend Take 5 on Westview, to anyone in the Spring Branch area.

I had service done on my vehicle on Saturday - 2/21/26. I’m not one to write reviews, but the trip I had on Saturday stuck with me. Omar, the lead mechanic (I am assuming) was so incredible that I set a reminder to leave him a review. The service was smooth, fast and easy. What was most notable was how he interacted with me and his team, it was impressive. This is strictly for the Company to give recognition to Omar as they should. My personal appreciation for Omar is with how kind he was. Most people will not blatantly explain they are having one of their worst days, what is blatant is how Omar approaches each person with the same genuine care. Thank you!
