I stopped by Take 5 Oil Change today, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Thomas! He genuinely made my day. Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, but he also hooked me up with a fantastic deal. It’s rare these days to come across someone who truly values their customers and takes pride in what they do. Thomas is exactly that kind of person. Professional, personable, and genuinely committed to making sure his customers leave happy. Take 5 is lucky to have a manager like Thomas! He earned my respect, my business, and this five-star review. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again, Thomas, for turning a routine oil change into an exceptional experience!
I have been to this location twice, it took a bit long but I was in the comfort of my own car so no big deal. There was only two young men working but they were very professional, very apologetic and very respectful. The young man that attended to me was very informative and always walked me through the process of what they were doing and also showed me things that needed to be replaced and why. I am/was very pleased with my experiences (1st & 2nd).
Great experience visiting this location for a state inspection today. The mechanics were very friendly and curious, so welcoming that I was greeted with a bottle of cold water on this hot day. Thank you very much for the great service! Now that I have an idea of what to expect from the staff at this location, I will be bringing my cars here for oil changes and any other services that they provide.
