The two gentlemen that help me first of all I'm an old grumpy 6-year-old disabled vet I'm not easily impressed these two guys were above professional they were excellent describing everything cuz of their service I usually do everything myself because of their service and their explanation communication skills I will be going to this take five as long as I am Harlingen and this is I do not know who they are I just know that the two individuals they were there at 9:00 in the morning or excellent workers and customer service which I have a in certificate and customer service was excellent. Like I said I'm not easily impressed but do whatever you can to maintain this group as your employees

Jake, John and Josh did an outstanding job at Take 5 Oil Change. Jake greeted us with a smile and 2 bottles of water for my wife and I. Jake got us caught up on all our maintenance needs and we exchanged nice conversations with all 3. I had an excellent experience today at Take 5 Oil Change! Jake provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was super friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the services and products they offer. He took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured, and he made the entire experience quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers the way he does. And on top of the great service, getting a free cold bottled water on such a hot day was the icing on the cake! Jake definitely deserves recognition for the amazing job he’s doing! Take 5 is lucky to have him. Highly recommend this location and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had an excellent experience at this Morgan Blvd location in Harlingen. Jake and Michael handled my oil change quickly and efficiently, all while making sure I never felt rushed. What really stood out was how clearly they explained everything. They took the time to walk me through the different oil options and helped me choose what was best for my vehicle, no pressure, just honest and helpful guidance. Jake also went the extra mile by offering to clean my windshield and he actually did it, which I really appreciated. It’s small touches like that that make a big difference. Excellent service from start to finish! The team was fast, professional, and very friendly. They explained everything clearly and recommended product and services to help maintain my truck . I was in and out quickly, and they even checked my fluids and tire pressure as part of the service. The staff made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change!
